A message from Hong

Dear Friends,

Thank you for visiting my campaign website and showing an interest in learning more about me.  As one of your City Councilors-at-Large, I have the honor to represent you and proudly serve our great city alongside the Mayor, the City Council, and the citizens who make up our city government. I am committed to working with all of Lynn's residents for the continued revitalization of our city.

I invite you to join me in improving and strengthening our community to ensure that all of us will continue to move forward together.  I believe that our city will make huge strides as we find ways to engage everyone in building community and in shaping our government.  I further believe that government serves us best when the policies we make accurately represent the needs and concerns of all our residents.  My vision for Lynn is one of an engaged community partnered with policy makers who listen carefully to all voices in our city.  Once we reach this goal, there will be no limit to what we can accomplish.

As your City Councilor-at-Large, I will continue to work to ensure that all voices are included as we move together toward a common vision for our city.  I will encourage the development of partnerships within our diverse community and among our public servants keeping Lynn one of the finest cities in the Commonwealth.  My goal is to tap into the richness of our communities to bring about meaningful, informed change that benefits all Lynners.

My record during my two terms as your City Councilor-at-Large has proven that I am committed to making the residents' issues my issues and to bringing the perspective of the everyday Lynner into the City Council Chamber.  I urge you to call me at 781-903-7771 to let me know of any issues or concerns.   Remember, your problems are my problems.  I will always listen and be open to your ideas.

Sincerely yours,

Hong L. Net
